Jen Miller is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.C.).
Jen is most well-known for helping stressed-out brides-to-be feel calmer, more confident and have way more energy – all allowing them to live up to the best version of themselves during their whole wedding journey and beyond.
Jen’s personal journey with stress, anxiety and low self-confidence led her to curating a simple 4-step process which transformed her own mental and emotional health. She went from feeling burnt out and unhappy, to building a thriving coaching business WHILE planning her own wedding, where she feels calm, confident and resilient – none of which would have been possible without the strategies she developed.
She now uses this approach to help her clients – so they don’t have to go through all of the trial and error that she did!
